on a case-by-case basis at any time you choose; we will make sure you always have our best.
Free Returns & Exchanges in the US
Returns and exchanges in the US are free less your cost to ship it back to us. To initiate a return, please send an email to email@example.com. You can sign-in to an existing account, or simply get in touch with us.
How long does the process take?
We do our best to process valid returns immediately. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear. For a faster process, you can always exchange for store credit.
International returns and exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide return labels for international shipping. For this reason, international customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. If you’d like to make a return or exchange internationally, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
